Kim has multi-industry experience in finance and management roles across the spectrum from small business to ASX listed companies and including Public Relations, Manufacturing, Construction, Government Relations, Clean Technology and Commercialisation.

Antoine has over 30 years’ experience in intellectual property, technology law, and corporate advisory. He has worked both in private practice and as an in-house legal adviser for major Australian organisations, specialising in commercial contracting across communications, IT, infrastructure, licensing, and outsourcing.

Antoine advises leading technology providers and organisations across infrastructure, education, clean energy, engineering, and healthcare sectors.

Andrea has 40 years' experience in various senior financial market roles as well as software project management from inception to final product. She also has held various Board positions.

David is one of Asia’s most highly regarded technology leaders, having spent more than a decade in China, Singapore and Hong Kong prior to relocating to Australia.

Andrew, a Chartered Accountant, had 40 years' experience as CFO, Company Secretary and Director of Angove Family Winemakers.

He was also involved in the citrus industry for many years as a grower in partnership with his brother and as a Director of a privately owned vertically integrated citrus enterprise.

Mark brings over three decades of experience in IT services, technical operations, and commercial contracting, supported by strong legal expertise. Across 24 years with IBM, he designed service models, developed complex contracts, and provided advice on technology planning and commercial risk throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Mark provides legal advisory services to the business, offering practical, commercially grounded guidance that supports decision-making and operational compliance.
