Simon has multi-industry experience building and leading public and private companies in various start-ups, turnaround and IPOs in stable and high growth situations. He has in-depth experience across all corporate, finance, accounting, treasury, and MIS functions.

Kim Watts

Kim has multi-industry experience in finance and management roles across the spectrum from small business to ASX listed companies and including Public Relations, Manufacturing, Construction, Government Relations, Clean Technology and Commercialisation.

Joff Macleod

Joff has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the Chartered Accountancy profession with the majority of this time devoted to providing tax and advisory services to private and family businesses in Australia.

Joff is the Managing Director of Terra Australis Advisory Pty Ltd.

He was also involved in the citrus industry for many years as a grower in partnership with his brother and as a Director of a privately owned vertically integrated citrus enterprise.

Mark brings over three decades of experience in IT services, technical operations, and commercial contracting, supported by strong legal expertise. Across 24 years with IBM, he designed service models, developed complex contracts, and provided advice on technology planning and commercial risk throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Mark provides legal advisory services to the business, offering practical, commercially grounded guidance that supports decision-making and operational compliance.
